When I’m looking for that simple plump, baby-soft skin, I apply this with my fingertips – smoothing it out evenly over my entire face. Then I’ll go in with a damp beauty sponge and blend, blend, blend so you really get that blurred-out filtered effect. I’m also obsessed with layering this product with cream blushes or bronzers.
