hey guys what's up it's lipstickNICK morphe's director of global artistry and today we're in studio more feet with none other than we actually haven't spent much time together so this was our day it's a kind of just like kiki hang out you know talk about goals use of palette and we're really excited to show you guys these looks that we created so if you want to see how we created these looks using the 35 g bronze gold palette thank you for watching okay do you kind of have an idea in mind with this palette hmm I think I want to go for something sexy I love warm tones it's like you know I'm just gonna do like my like Nicole everyday kind of glam everyday glam but like kick it up a little bit yeah yeah let's do that okay I'm with it so I'm gonna take Sandy and start with her you know I think I'm gonna dip into the same shade of this transition shade is perfect so you know you're like the color King that's like in my eyes like that's what you are so do you like on a daily basis when you're not filming do you usually go for more colorful looks or do you like neutral glam um it really depends on the mood I'm and I mean usually I'm in a color mood but sometimes I want to be like a neutral look with the pop of colors and I'm gonna do full-blown color so it just really depends on like the day the mood you know whatever I'm feeling I just like I really look up to any artist that plays with color on a daily basis because it's like something I wish I could do more of you know and like I try to not was actually on my addition board this year because I move tons of color for work and your mommy clients but like because you're known for is color on other people yeah you know and not for years but not for me did you do vision boards have you ever done a vision board um I've done like more boards and stuff but I've never really done like a vision board but I think it could be a really cool idea yeah it's really fun I started doing it this past year and I've every year like on New Year's I would see people do it on Instagram and I was like that's really cute I like that and I just think it's cool to sort of like manifest what you want out of the year one of the things on there I'm happy to say that I had stuck to and some might have it obviously you are so young but you've accomplished so much and you're 23 years of life is there like a specific goal that you've accomplished and you're really proud of girl well it happened just recently I actually just launched my collabs so it's yeah so it's an amazing feeling being able to like look back on it and be like wow you know that's a dream of mine and it's it's done it's here I've been you know so since you just asked me about what my biggest goal was that I accomplished how about you can tell me what your biggest goal is that you've accomplished not this year but overall recently I actually on my vision board it was to start my own business and I did this year he just did so we just launched pout which is the beauty bar and I've always wanted to do this for many many years now it's kind of been like an ad in the back of my head and so finally this year in January I called my best friend who's also my manager and I was like hey I want to do this I think it's crazy kind of but like I really want to do it and she was like you're not crazy let's do it Oh rats that is such a cute or compost food okay so let's talk about new goals because I'm a firm believer and manifesting and setting new goals and out goaling yourself let's do like one year three okay okay okay one year from now I would like to open a second cut location das Vegas oh my three-year goal is to buy a house okay and my five-year goal is to start my own makeup line wow those are all like huge amazing thing with my one-year goal maybe have another product collab I do like I thought I got to see that for you like my three-year goal would definitely be I don't know maybe start a family I'd love they're so cute boyfriend I don't have a boyfriend but you know he'll come he'll come they get you out here in three years because our years to me right now now she's um single theme I feel like five years I want to buy my mama sorry mom I just feel like she's you know helped me mold into the person that I am today and you know it's just like hard that's so damn cute you're definitely one of my inspirations oh well are you paid you to say that no ho I like I really mean it like your work is so inspirational and there's like the creative where do all these creative ideas where do they come from girl like I think in my head I'm like girl I'm doing something so creative and then you're just pulling out all of these looks like you're like so talented like that is no it's insane like Wow the idea that you come up with is the execution is it's always just on point and so it's just thanks babe oh that's really nice I don't know if you're familiar with the artist is she hungry oh my god yeah they are like yeah the low dose online are ridiculous transformation yeah that's really not weird I love the artists transformation oh that just takes it to a whole nother like it's crazy like I follow them and then they're just like yeah unreal talented it's fully agree growing up you always want to be into like makeup like fashion world and influencer or what was your first job if I'm being honest my first job was at a grocery store so I was like a backpacker I would pack your bag we fast be quick though cuz I was high quickness all the time you know everyone was almost always like a little race between me and my friends oh like that who could get everyone the line down the quickest yeah okay more grocery serve you always pretend it's a game I'll be standing there like I leave my mouth open like are you serious yeah it was her to be taking their sweet time but Wow me on the other hand I was pretty fast my second job I think I went straight into working at Ulta oh you worked the whole time yeah I worked at Ulta you know everyone started somewhere so yeah that's kind of how I like got my feet wet with the beauty industry we're latched we took a second to be some liner we're about the blighters Elijah it's what he gonna use for this I'm gonna go in with the lip pencil in the shade sugar pie on my favor I'm gonna use an out in a pout lip kit this is love bite I am also going to use an out of Hatlen Oh after I let my lips look with this lip liner yeah oh that's real cute good color it's like dating you that's actually bomb look at this shade it's everything Oh George oh my god that's beautiful I'm gonna have a little bit of the box too we're gonna go in the downhill you chills a good one just in the center I love a good move to LA well we are all done how do you like them that I
